| The Department of Radiology at Stanford University and Stanford Children’s Health have multiple opportunities:
• Pediatric Radiologist
• Pediatric Radiology Operations Medical Director
• Chief of Pediatric Interventional Radiology
These are full-time positions and will be open rank in the University Medical Line or Clinician Educator Line. The major criteria for appointment for faculty in the University Medical Line shall be excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, clinical teaching, scholarly activity that advances clinical medicine, and institutional service appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill. The major criterion for appointment as Clinician Educators is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, teaching, administrative and/or scholarship appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill. Academic rank and line will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
The applicant must have an M.D., D.O., or M.D./Ph.D. degree(s) or equivalent, must be board-certified or board-eligible in clinical specialty, and must have completed a formal clinical training or equivalent training/experience. Positions can be flexibly tailored to match clinical/research/leadership expertise and interests.

| The Department of Radiology at Stanford University School of Medicine is searching for a full-time radiologist to join our Division of Cardiovascular Imaging. This faculty search is open rank and the appointment would be in the University Medical Line, University Tenure Line, or Clinician Educator Line.
The major criteria for appointment for faculty in the University Medical Line shall be excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, clinical teaching, scholarly activity that advances clinical medicine, and institutional service appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill. The predominant criterion for appointment in the University Tenure Line is a major commitment to research and teaching. The major criterion for appointment as Clinician Educators is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, teaching, administrative and/or scholarship appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill. Academic rank and line will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
The applicant will have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree(s) or equivalent, must be board-certified or eligible in diagnostic radiology, and have completed a formal fellowship in cardiovascular imaging or equivalent training. Experience in clinical cardiovascular imaging is essential and commitment to teaching and education is valued. Clinical and/or research interest in cardiac and vascular CT and MRI is desired. The successful candidate will contribute his/her substantial research and/or clinical expertise in cardiac and vascular MR and CT, to the academic profile of the division. In addition to cardiac CT and MR, all areas of research in the cardiovascular sciences (e.g., cardiovascular biology, image processing and visualization, computer simulation and modeling of cardiac and vascular morphology and function, medical decision modeling) are all potential areas of research interest. |

IBIIS faculty focus on pioneering, translating, teaching and disseminating methods in data science that integrate imaging, clinical, and -omics data to better understand the molecular mechanisms of diseases and to improve the accuracy and efficiency of clinical care. Recognizing that Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques, which are likely to be a major focus of this effort, require large sets of integrated imaging, clinical, and outcomes data, the Stanford University School of Medicine has developed and made available a research data warehouse, which includes clinical images and linked data from the electronic medical record, to enable discovery of new relationships between imaging findings and clinical, histological, and genomic manifestations of health and disease. |
