The Division of Neurocritical Care in the Department of Neurology at Stanford University seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible physician trained in neurocritical care to join the Department as a Clinical Assistant, Clinical Associate, or full Clinical Professor in the Clinician Educator Line.

The major criterion for appointment as a Clinician Educator is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, teaching, administrative and/or scholarship appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill. Academic rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.

The successful applicant should have completed fellowship training in neurocritical care and be dedicated to the tripartite mission of academic neurocritical care including excellence in clinical care, teaching, and research. We are particularly interested in candidates who have additional interests in critical care EEG, ICU outcomes, and other interests outside of neurocritical care.

Responsibilities include working clinically on the neurocritical care service including on nights and weekends, participating in Division and Departmental initiatives, and contributing to educational programs.
